Refundo is a re-commerce facilitator, not a financial or insurance service. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commitment Period

The device registration is valid for a flexible period of up to 48 months from the date of enrolment.

2. Execution Process

Users can execute the buy-back option within a 15-day grace period after the 48-month term. OTP verification and valid IMEI submission are mandatory for security. A mandatory upload of the original purchase invoice is required.

3. Service Charges

A service enrolment fee (1.25% of invoice value), portal fee (Rs. 100), and 18% GST apply. In case of damage, the fair market valuation will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Device Return

Upon approval of the buy-back valuation, the user must return the device to Refundo. The device must remain in the user's possession until the final valuation is accepted.

5. Responsible Tech Consumption

Refundo promotes the extraction of maximum utility from electronics. Our service is designed to provide a pre-arranged exit strategy for your hardware.
