1. Policy Duration

The standard policy duration is 48 months from the date of policy purchase.

2. Claim Process

Users can file a claim within 15 days after the policy end date.

During the claim process, OTP verification of the registered mobile number is mandatory.

Also require to submitted IMEI No (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of the Device

A valid purchase invoice must be submitted at the time of the claim.

All submitted documents must be complete. Incomplete claims will not be approved.

3. Charges

The total claim amount will be calculated after deducting GST.

A fixed file charge applies at the time of the claim.

In case of product damage, the payable amount will be adjusted according to the extent of damage.

4. Product Return

After claim approval, the user must submit the device to Refundo.

The device must be in the possession of the user until the claim is approved.

5. Payment

Charges are calculated based on the original device price. For example:

1.25% of device price + Rs. 100 portal fee + 18% GST.

6. Policy Expiry & Grace Period

Users have a 15-day grace period post the 48-months policy for filing claims.

Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
