Refundo ensures a transparent path for Value Recovery on your mobile devices.

1. Buy-Back Eligibility

The payout is initiated only after successful Buy-Back Execution and technical verification. The device must be returned to Refundo along with the original purchase invoice.

2. Payout Calculation

The recovery value is estimated between 30% to 50% of the original invoice value, based on age and physical condition.

Enrolment & Service Charges:

• Service Enrolment Fee: 1.25% of device invoice value.
• Portal/File Charge: Rs. 100.
• Tax: 18% GST applied on service charges.

Note: Physical damage will be evaluated and may reduce the final payout amount.

3. Process Timeline

Value recovery is initiated after identity authentication (OTP) and document validation. Please ensure the original invoice is uploaded correctly to avoid delays.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The 1.25% enrolment fee, portal charges, and GST are service-based fees and are non-refundable.
