Refundo is committed to a transparent and fair refund process.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed after the approval of a claim.

Users must return the productto Refundo after claim approval.

2. Refund Calculation

The claim amount is calculated based on the original device price.

Applicable charges:

1.25% of device price + Rs. 100 portal fee

18% GST applied on total charges

Any damage to the device may reduce the final refund amount.

3. Process Timeline

Refunds will be initiated after mobile verification and document submission.

Users are advised to submit all documents carefully to avoid delays.

4. Non-Refundable Items

File charges and GST are non-refundable.

Claims submitted after the grace period will not be accepted.
